Terms and Condtions

1 PAYMENTS

1.a Full payment must be received on booking or four weeks before the date of the workshop.

1.b We cannot guarantee your place until a deposit of full payment is received.

2 CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

2.a If you wish to cancel your place on a course up to 8 weeks before the start date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees.

2.b If you wish to cancel within 8 weeks of the course start date but before 4 weeks of the start date you will be entitled to a 50% refund, excluding your deposit.

2.c If you wish to cancel within 4 weeks of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund. However, you may at our discretion be entitled to transfer to another course.

3 CANCELLATIONS BY US

3.a Workshops have a minimum number of participants required, if this is not reached, we will of course reimburse you in this instance or you can transfer to another workshop. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses at any time.

3.b If we cancel a course we shall endeavour to give you at least one week’s notice. 

3.c We shall not be held responsible for any incurred losses (inclusive of, but not restricted to, travel and accommodation expenses) resulting from course modifications, cancellations, or scheduling limitations mentioned above, except for the course fee itself.

4 NON-ATTENDANCE

4.a In case of absence from a class or classes due to illness, personal, or professional reasons, refunds, or automatic course transfers will not be granted. However, we will review each situation individually and take actions we deem fair and reasonable.

4.b Please note that if alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.

 

5 COPYRIGHT

5a: All students are permitted to utilize photographs of their individual designs to promote their services. For group installations, such as table setups and large-scale designs, florists must seek permission from other involved florists to use the images and credit the school when using them for services. Please be aware that if students intend to conduct workshops or courses, images of large setups, table styling, and group displays created at our school cannot be used to advertise their own classes and courses.
